LastCall Privacy Policy

LastCall helps you find happy hours and specials near you. We collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Location — to show happy hours near you and, if you opt in, to alert you when you're near a venue with a live deal. With your permission this may run in the background for those proximity alerts. Your location is sent to our server only to look up nearby venues; we do not keep a history of where you've been.
• Email address — only if you join the "notify me when LastCall reaches my area" waitlist. Used solely to tell you when we launch in your area and to prioritize where to expand.
• Content you submit — happy hours/corrections you add and "still on / report" votes, shared with other users to keep deals accurate.
• Favorites, check-ins, and your planned night — stored locally on your device; we don't upload them.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.
• We do not require an account or password.

Third-party data

Venue names, addresses, business hours, ratings, and photos are provided by Yelp via the Yelp Fusion API, subject to Yelp's terms. Maps are provided by Apple. Happy-hour details come from public sources and our community and may not always be current — please confirm with the venue.

Where data is stored

Venue and community data is stored on our backend (Cloudflare Workers and a Neon PostgreSQL database). Your favorites, check-ins, and plan stay on your device.

Your choices

• Revoke location or notification access anytime in iOS Settings.
• Ask us to remove your waitlist email anytime (see contact).

Children

LastCall is intended for users of legal drinking age and is not directed to children under 13.
